 Meet the Team

Nadia Pavlova

My physio journey began with overseeing an elite sports pathway program comprising of over 300 youth athletes in sports such as basketball, soccer, AFL, netball, golf and general athletic development.  From this experience I gained insight into creative training adaptations for a diverse range of sports and recognised the importance of a strong foundation of movement skills for future athletic performance.

As I progressed in my career I gravitated towards working with dancers, gymnasts and those practising martial arts and various adventure sports eventually finding my niche in climbing physiotherapy. Conversations with my clients about my passion for climbing and the outdoors led to an increasing number of climbers seeking my expertise.

Recognising the need for physio services tailored for climbers let me to establish my own clinic within a local bouldering gym in late 2021. My aim is to provide clear return-to-climbing plans with objective milestones, drawing from my understanding of climbing and strength and conditioning.

Climbing requires a holistic approach, considering movement on the wall, mindset, and an understanding of the unique training demands across the disciplines. Through collaboration with a network of trusted climbing health and fitness professionals, I ensure the highest quality of care for climbers.
