  • Certainly! After your appointment, we will email you an invoice, which you can use to claim reimbursement for physiotherapy services from your private health insurance. We aim to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

  • For the safety of everyone, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Kindly notify your physiotherapist in advance, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later time when you are feeling better. If needed, we can also arrange an online consultation.

  • To reschedule your appointment, log in to the Jane App client portal where you made the booking. Alternatively, email info@climbcc.com with your request and preferred availability. Joining the online waiting list on the booking portal with all your available times can also be beneficial.

    Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
