Climbing Physio Rehab & Performance
Minimise time off the wall whilst rebuilding strength, power and movement confidence
Injuries can be frustrating, especially when you have been told to take it easy and rest with no clear return to climbing plan in place.
This is why I believe it’s important to find creative training modifications during your recovery to keep you moving and ensure you know where you are at in the rehab process.
In your initial assessment we will get clear on
- What’s caused your injury
- What training is ok to do at your stage of recovery
- Begin creating a structured climbing specific plan for on and off the wall
During the rehab process we will carry out objective strength and performance testing to ensure things are on track. This helps guide your return to different climbing styles, hold types and wall angles - and how to plan your sessions according to your stage of recovery.

“I came to see Nadia due to a couple of climbing injuries (elbow tendonitis and tendon issues in my left hand/wrist) that were impacting on my ability to climb. She was amazing. Comprehensive assessment, super friendly, in-depth knowledge and thoughtful approach to rehab. It was a rapid road to recovery with Nadia's help, plus she went above and beyond to provide extra tips and strengthening techniques to not only ensure I remain as injury-free as possible but also to improve my climbing. I walk away with everything healed, plus it's increased my confidence on the wall and helped structure my own plan for improved technique and strength. It was like having a physio and coach at the same time. 100% recommended.”

“I recently had the opportunity to work with Nadia, and I can't recommend her enough. Dealing with a persistent finger injury for over a year, I had seen a couple of hand physios without much success. However, Nadia's approach was different and refreshing. As a fellow climber, she truly understood the nature of my injury and the challenges we face. She didn't just focus on my hands, but provided exercises targeting overall body strength to alleviate the strain on my hand. Instead of simply advising rest (which many hand physios do), Nadia guided me on a slow and steady path to recovery. Her genuine care and tailored approach have made a significant difference in my healing journey. Also, it is long overdue for us south east Melb climbers to have such great service!.”
