Movement Based Upper Body Rehab & Coaching
Rebuild upper body strength, movement confidence and skill without unnecessary time away from training
Injuries can be frustrating, especially if you’ve been only told to rest with no clear plan to follow.
My approach focuses on creative training modifications so you can focus on rebuilding strength, control and movement confidence in your fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders once more.
What to expect in your initial appointment
- A clear understanding of what’s actually going on
- Guidance on what training is safe to keep doing
- The start of a structured sport-specific progression back on the wall, the mats or your movement practice.
We’ll use objective upper limb strength testing and skill based assessments throughout your rehab to guide your return to higher demands tasks whether they be laches, handstands or crimping once more on your favourite spray wall.
Available In-person (Moorabbin) or Online

“I came to see Nadia due to a couple of climbing injuries (elbow tendonitis and tendon issues in my left hand/wrist) that were impacting on my ability to climb. She was amazing. Comprehensive assessment, super friendly, in-depth knowledge and thoughtful approach to rehab. It was a rapid road to recovery with Nadia's help, plus she went above and beyond to provide extra tips and strengthening techniques to not only ensure I remain as injury-free as possible but also to improve my climbing. I walk away with everything healed, plus it's increased my confidence on the wall and helped structure my own plan for improved technique and strength. It was like having a physio and coach at the same time. 100% recommended.”

“I recently had the opportunity to work with Nadia, and I can't recommend her enough. Dealing with a persistent finger injury for over a year, I had seen a couple of hand physios without much success. However, Nadia's approach was different and refreshing. As a fellow climber, she truly understood the nature of my injury and the challenges we face. She didn't just focus on my hands, but provided exercises targeting overall body strength to alleviate the strain on my hand. Instead of simply advising rest (which many hand physios do), Nadia guided me on a slow and steady path to recovery. Her genuine care and tailored approach have made a significant difference in my healing journey. Also, it is long overdue for us south east Melb climbers to have such great service!.”
