Rebuild finger strength and movement confidence back on the wall after injury
Injuries can be frustrating, especially if you’re told to “rest, and see how it goes” without a clear plan for returning to training.
Climbing places unique demands on the fingers, elbows and shoulders. Your rehab needs to reflect that.
My approach focuses on climbing specific assessments, objective strength and mobility testing and a structured progression back on the wall so you can rebuild capacity while still getting in some training.
I work with committed climbers who are curious about their injuries and want a deeper understanding of what’s going on. Not just to resolve the issue at hand, but optimise how they train, move and reduce future re-injury risk.
In your initial appointment, we will:
Clarify what’s driving your symptoms
Assess the injured area and neighbouring regions which may be contributing
Identify what climbing and training you can safely continue
From there we’ll build and refine a structured progression back to finger training, board sessions, smaller edges and dynamic movement over the course of working together.
Appointment Information:
Initial Assessment - 60 minutes - $198
Follow up Consultation - 30 minutes $158
Extended Follow up - 45 mins $178
*Online consultations available on request

“I came to see Nadia due to a couple of climbing injuries (elbow tendonitis and tendon issues in my left hand/wrist) that were impacting on my ability to climb. She was amazing. Comprehensive assessment, super friendly, in-depth knowledge and thoughtful approach to rehab. It was a rapid road to recovery with Nadia's help, plus she went above and beyond to provide extra tips and strengthening techniques to not only ensure I remain as injury-free as possible but also to improve my climbing. I walk away with everything healed, plus it's increased my confidence on the wall and helped structure my own plan for improved technique and strength. It was like having a physio and coach at the same time. 100% recommended.”

“I recently had the opportunity to work with Nadia, and I can't recommend her enough. Dealing with a persistent finger injury for over a year, I had seen a couple of hand physios without much success. However, Nadia's approach was different and refreshing. As a fellow climber, she truly understood the nature of my injury and the challenges we face. She didn't just focus on my hands, but provided exercises targeting overall body strength to alleviate the strain on my hand. Instead of simply advising rest (which many hand physios do), Nadia guided me on a slow and steady path to recovery. Her genuine care and tailored approach have made a significant difference in my healing journey. Also, it is long overdue for us south east Melb climbers to have such great service!.”
